My Shakeology Story

I used to find myself tired and out of energy pretty much all of the time.  I have always been the busy, working type of person but it was beyond just normal tiredness from doing too much all of the time; I wasn't taking care of my body the way that I should have been! This is not okay for a person my age...I was sick and tired of being so sick and tired all of the time so I took a leap of faith and finally realized that I was the only person capable of making the changes I was so anxious to finally see! This is when I found Beachbody, Shakeology and Hip Hop Abs!

Since adding Shakeology to my diet everyday, I have found energy I never thought I would see!! Not only do I have more energy, but it keeps me full until my next meal and is SO delicious!! It's helped with my weight loss, is a huge aid in curbing so many cravings I used to suffer with, and I have even seen an improvement in the strength and shine of my fingernails and hair!!

I would be lying if I told you I wasn't reluctant to give it a try at first, especially because of the cost of it. But when I stood back and looked at the cost from a different perspective, I was easily able to see that the cost wasn't that much when it was such a benefit to my well being; it replaced a meal a day, I've spent much less money eating out, it's super filling AND delicious, and I'm a coach now and the discount is FABULOUS!!!

What IS Shakeology?

As long as the protein, carbs and fats are in an acceptable RANGE, what you REALLY need to look at is the The quality of all the OTHER ingredients, where they come from and what they do for your internal health on a cellular level. You also need to be on the lookout for what is NOT on the label! Shakeology has no artificial colors, sweeteners, flavors, preservatives, stimulants or soy. When comparing labels, be sure to look at the BIG PICTURE!

Isn't it better to eat whole foods?

Yes! That's why Shakeology IS a whole food! Unlike many “processed fake” foods, each of Shakeology's superfoods has a unique way of being “preserved”. It’s a very difficult process to dry a food out enough that it can be ground and stored in a bag, but not so much that it’s precious nutritional enzymes are killed and eliminating it's nutritional value. Isn't Shakeology really expensive??
